Cancellation Policy

Cancellations • Cancel 48 hours or more before your session for a full refund to your original card. • Under 48 hours, no refund. Rescheduling is subject to availability. • Seats are transferable. Send someone in your place, just give us the name. Weather and Safety Your safety is our top priority. • If severe weather or unsafe boating conditions prevent us from operating, we will reschedule your session or issue a full refund to your original card. • Decisions regarding unsafe conditions are made at the discretion Weather Sessions run in light rain. If our captain cancels for unsafe conditions, you get a full refund or a reschedule. Cancelling for rain inside 48 hours remains non refundable. Minimum Participants Sessions need 8 guests. If we do not reach the minimum, we notify you at least 24 hours ahead and refund you in full or move you to the next date. Arrival Depart on time from the Green Lake public boat launch. Arrive 15 minutes early. No shows are non refundable.
