Please no messy food.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, Nauta Wakesurf requires a 250$ non‑refundable deposit at the time of reservation. This deposit confirms your session and ensures our crew, vessel, and equipment are reserved exclusively for you. Weather & Safety Your safety is our top priority. - If severe weather or unsafe boating conditions prevent us from operating, we will reschedule your session or issue a full refund of your deposit. - Decisions regarding unsafe conditions are made at the discretion of Nauta Wakesurf’s certified captain. Rain & Mild Weather Whistler weather can be unpredictable, and light rain is common. - If it is raining and you choose to cancel, the deposit remains non‑refundable. - We will gladly reschedule your session to a sunnier day, subject to availability. Client‑Initiated Cancellations - Cancellations for any reason other than unsafe conditions result in the forfeiture of the deposit. - Rescheduling requests made 48+ hours before your booking will be accommodated whenever possible.
